Charlie Holt was born and raised in Hialeah, FL but moved to Charlotte, NC shortly after graduating from college. He instantly fell in love with the North Carolina landscape and its many amenities. Since then, he has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is proud to call Huntersville his home. He is a proud father of a beautiful daughter, Autumn, Annie, a chihuahua, Foxy, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Leo, the cat. In his free time, Charlie loves to fish, travel, and spend as much time with his family and friends!

Charlie has an extensive professional background in retail and restaurant management. He continuously balanced his love for the hospitality industry alongside his other passion, Real Estate.  He began his real estate career in 2001, primarily as an investor in Florida. Charlie’s passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. Deciding to become a Realtor was easy as he believes in treating others exactly as the person he felt was essential while growing in the industry.
